The Carrousels of Dayton, Ohio proudly introduces Dr. Constance E. Melson as a new member, install September 17, 2022. She was sponsored by Carrousel Denise Martin Cross.

Dr. Melson attended Wright State University, Central Michigan, and All of
Grace & Truth studying Political Science, Library Science, Theology, Christian Education, and the Ministry. She has membership in the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, National Council of Negro Women, and The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. She is the recipient of many awards including the Parity Mentoring Award and the Republican Party Chairman’s Special Award.

Dr. Melson is a retired Librarian, who is a widow with three adult children. Her special interests and hobbies include politics, reading, exercising, working with children and the Ministry. She is a great organizer, very creative and decorator. She enjoys traveling and making money.
